UNIFIRE Product Returns & RMA Procedure for Force Monitors
Unifire strives to provide fast and efficient technical assistance and processing of warranty claims.
For returns of Unifire equipment and possible warranty claim, the following steps should be taken prior to returning equipment to Unifire:
- Ensure that a qualified technician at your facilities has followed the relevant product troubleshooting guide. For the Force monitor troubleshooting guide, click here: Troubleshooting FORCE Monitors Guide.
- If the problem persists after following the troubleshooting guide, please contact Unifireʼs Technical Support by calling +46 303 248 404 and/or by sending an email to sales@unifire.com. You will be assisted by our technical support staff.
- If the problem cannot be solved by our technical support consultation(s), you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form with an RMA Number issued by Unifire.
- Print the completed RMA form with RMA number and send it with the returned merchandise to:

- Upon receipt of the equipment, Unifire will promptly examine the equipment and your claim and will report back to the contact person you identify as to whether the claim is covered under warranty, and what action Unifire will take. Any equipment returned without the completed RMA will be rejected by Unifire and returned to sender.
